ElectroPros, “America’s Master Electricians”, are planning their 1st Annual Customer Appreciation day. We are celebrating by exhibiting at the County Fair and looking for the oldest electrical panel still in operation in Will County and Kankakee County.
One winner from each county will receive a FREE Electrical Service & Panel Upgrade, valued up to $3,252.00.
Call us if you think you might have the oldest electrical panel still in operation, and we’ll come take a picture of you and your panel, and fill out your entry form.
It’s FREE to enter this contest, and we’ll give you a free admission ticket to your County Fair! We’ll announce the Kankakee County winner Sunday August 5, 2007 at our booth at the Kankakee Fairgrounds and the Will County winner Sunday, August 26, 2007, at our booth in the Atrium at the Will County Fairgrounds. Winner need not be present to win.

OLDEST ELECTRICAL PANEL CONTEST RULES
1. Contest is limited to owner occupied single family
residential single phase electrical installations only.
2. Contest is limited to customers who call us to enter,
and live in Kankakee County or Will County during
the contest period, June 15, 2007 thru August 26,
2007.
3. All entrants give a representative of ElectroPros
permission to photograph or otherwise document the
age of their electrical panel in their residence.
4. One winner will be selected from each county.
5. The winner from Kankakee County will be
announced at the Kankakee County Fair at 4:00 pm
on Sunday, August 5, 2007 at the ElectroPros
display booth in the Kankakee County Fairgrounds.
6. The winner from Will County will be announced at
the Will County Fair at 4:00 pm on Sunday, August
26, 2007 at the ElectroPros display booth in the Will
County Fairgrounds.
7. All decisions of the judges will be final.
8. This is not a game of chance. The winning electrical
panel shall be determined to be the “oldest” by one
of the following: (a) Original invoice or other factual
documentation attesting to the installation date of
the electrical panel, or (b) Date code or any other
panel labels applied by the manufacturer, or (c) the
opinion of the judge.
9. In the event of a tie, the earliest contest entrant shall
be the winner. To claim the award, the homeowner/
occupant must do the following: (a). Allow “before &
after” photos of the customer and electrical panel to
be taken as deemed suitable by ElectroPros, and (b)
Sign a “photo release” authorizing ElectroPros to
use photographs for promotional purposes.
10. Prize is limited to standard electrical panel
replacement of appropriate size for the dwelling, up
to 200 Amps, as determined by load calculations as
defined by the National Electrical Code, the local
power company and the municipality having
jurisdiction.
11. Additional costs such as, but not limited to, building
permits, taxes or other improvements required by
local building code are not included in the contest
prize.
12. Photo session must be allowed within two weeks of
winner’s notification. Prize will be awarded as part
of the photo session. -
